Refund Policy

We triple check orders from the inch, color, texture, address, and name. It is checked before packaging twice. Therefore, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Make sure you read all of the information about shipping, customization, and policies before you purchase wigs or hair. All wigs are average sized, but you can customize sizing by using the customization form or contacting us. 

Shipping

Orders are shipped after 2-3 day processing has completed, and delivered within 3 days at your doorstep. You will receive tracking information at the contact information you provide at checkout. Delivery is through USPS, FedX or DHL, unless pick up is worked out. Once you receive tracking information, you will contact the responsible delivery carrier of your package at their given numbers for any questions about package location or delivery. Feel free to contact us for further help. We are not responsible once courier receives package and you get tracking information.

Custom Wig Orders

Wigs orders that needs customizing will take up to 7 days to be completed at most, then shipped immediately. Tracking will be sent to the contact information on Order, and you should receive your order within 3 days. We do not want to rush your customization at all.
